SpaceTech Chair Return Policy
Our Commitment
At SpaceTech, we want every customer to enjoy the perfect seating experience. Choosing an ergonomic chair is an investment in your health, comfort, and productivity, and our goal is to help you make the right decision from the start.
We therefore encourage every customer to experience the chair in our showroom before purchasing and to receive professional ergonomic guidance from our specialists.
Return Period
In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 2010, customers may request to cancel the purchase of an eligible chair within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, subject to the applicable legal conditions.
To help us process your return quickly, we kindly ask that you:
• Keep the original box and all packaging materials until you are certain that the chair is right for you.
• Contact us immediately if you feel the chair is not the right fit.
• Do not wait until the end of the 14-day period.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, the chair must:
- Be returned within the applicable cancellation period.
- Be in like-new condition.
- Be clean and free from stains, scratches, odors, or signs of misuse.
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Not be broken, damaged, modified, or missing any parts.
SpaceTech reserves the right to inspect the returned chair before approving the refund.

If preferred, SpaceTech can arrange collection of the chair from your location. Collection and transportation charges will be quoted separately and, unless otherwise agreed, will be deducted from the refund.
Refund
Under Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations, retailers may charge the statutory cancellation fee permitted by law.
SpaceTech chooses to waive this fee.
If the returned chair satisfies the conditions described above and passes our inspection, SpaceTech will refund 100% of the purchase price of the chair.
Please note:
• Requests submitted after the applicable legal cancellation period are generally not eligible for a full refund.
• If the chair has been damaged, excessively used, stained, modified, or is missing parts, SpaceTech reserves the right to reduce the refund amount or refuse the return, as permitted by applicable law.
• Products that are custom-made, specially ordered, personalized, or otherwise exempt from statutory cancellation rights under Israeli law may not be eligible for return.
